Founded by sisters Natasha and Tania, IndiCo Coffee Co. is a reflection of growing up in Jersey City – where global cultures, flavors, and perspectives effortlessly collide. Grounded in our Indian heritage, we approach coffee as both craft and expression, weaving tradition with a distinctly modern sensibility. IndiCo Coffee Co. is known for its Indian-inspired specialties and ever-evolving seasonal menus, each built around house-made flavors and thoughtfully sourced ingredients from around the world. We also offer a curated selection of classic and specialty pastries, including croissants, muffins, rose-infused cookies, cashew saffron cookies, pistachio pastries, and carrot cake. Together, our menu reflects a balance of comfort and curiosity. From bold spices to unexpected combinations, our drinks are designed to feel intentional, layered, and quietly memorable.
When you ask someone what comes to mind when they think of “Indian” coffee, the answer is often Indian tea – chai. While chai holds an important place in Indian culture, there is a much deeper coffee story that deserves to be shared.
IndiCo Coffee Co. was born from a desire to bring that story to life. Inspired by the flavors I grew up with in a South Indian household, IndiCo Coffee Co. infuses South Indian coffee traditions, filter coffee, chicory, cardamom, and warm, woody notes, into everyday favorites like lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos that New Yorkers know and love.
There is nothing that excites me more than making a cup of coffee. While working on a trading desk, I spent my free mornings experimenting with coffee recipes in my apartment. From filter coffee and pistachio lattes to perfectly balanced espresso shots, each creation quickly became a favorite among family and friends. What started as a personal ritual soon grew into a passion – one that pushed me to pursue something more meaningful: creating a space that serves both coffee and community.
We specializes in curating aromatic flavors from South Indian and bringing them to New York City, where we highlight their depth, complexity, and bold character in every cup. Alongside our Indian-inspired specialty offerings, we serve everyday lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos drinks meant to feel familiar, elevated, and approachable.
There are few places in New York that showcase South Indian coffee profiles- flavors enjoyed daily by hundreds of millions of people. My vision for IndiCo is to share a piece of culture that has existed for thousands of years and thoughtfully reimagine it for today.
South Indian coffee has been part of everyday life for billions of people through centuries. We offer a deeply personal interpretation – rooted in authenticity, shaped by experience, and shared with intention.
